Marquee review
The Marquee Review section displays customer reviews inside a continuously scrolling marquee layout, helping merchants showcase social proof in a more dynamic and visually engaging way. This section is ideal for highlighting customer satisfaction, product feedback, and brand trust while keeping the storefront interactive and modern.
Each customer review is created using a section block, allowing merchants to add personalized review content, ratings, customer information, and related products.
Settings
- Star color: Controls the color used for the customer rating stars displayed inside review items.
- Scroll direction: Defines the marquee scrolling direction. Available options include Left to Right and Right to Left.
- Speed: Controls the scrolling speed in pixels per second.
- Hover to stop: Pauses the marquee scrolling animation when customers hover over the review section.
Block: Item
Each review inside the marquee is created using a Review block, allowing merchants to display detailed customer feedback along with product-related information.
- Image: Uploads the customer avatar or profile image displayed inside the review item.
- Name: Defines the customer name displayed with the review.
- Job: Adds the customer’s profession, role, or job title.
- Rating (Star): Controls the number of stars displayed for the customer rating.
- Description: Adds the main review content or customer feedback text.
- Product: Selects the product associated with the customer review.
Using authentic customer reviews, balanced scrolling speeds, and consistent review layouts can help improve store credibility and create a more trustworthy shopping experience. Displaying real customer feedback alongside related products can also help increase customer confidence and product engagement.
