Faqs tab
The FAQ Tab section allows merchants to display frequently asked questions in a tabbed accordion layout, helping customers quickly find important information in a clean and organized format. This section is ideal for product information, shipping details, store policies, sizing guides, or general customer support content.
FAQ items are automatically grouped based on their Tab name, allowing merchants to organize related questions into separate tabs for easier navigation and improved readability.

Settings

- Enable sticky content on desktop: Keeps the FAQ tab navigation or content area visible while scrolling on desktop devices.
- Allows only one open at a time: Restricts the accordion behavior so only one FAQ item can remain expanded at a time.
Block: Item
Each FAQ entry is created using an accordion-style Item block.

- Tab name: Defines the tab group where the FAQ item will appear. FAQ items using the same tab name are automatically grouped together inside the same tab.
- Heading: Defines the question or accordion title displayed for the FAQ item.
- Content: Adds the answer or descriptive content displayed when the accordion is expanded.
- Active: Sets the FAQ item as opened by default when the section loads.
Using clear tab organization, concise questions, and well-structured answers can help improve customer experience while making important information easier to access throughout the storefront.
