Collections list

The Collection List section automatically displays a list of store collections with built-in pagination support. This section is ideal for creating collection overview pages, helping customers browse all available product categories in a clean and organized layout.

With customizable grid settings, typography controls, and optional quick view functionality, merchants can create a more interactive browsing experience while improving collection discoverability across the storefront.

Settings

  • Sort collections by: Controls how collections are sorted and displayed based on selected criteria.
  • Maximum collections to show: Limits the total number of collections displayed inside the section.
  • Image ratio: Controls the aspect ratio used for collection images.
  • Information
    Alignment: Controls the alignment of collection information content. Available options include Default and Center alignment.
    Heading style: Controls the visual style of collection headings. Available options include Default, Capitalize, and Uppercase.
    Number of columns on large desktop: Defines how many collection columns are displayed on very large desktop screens.
    Number of columns on desktop: Controls the collection grid layout on desktop devices.
    Number of columns on tablet: Adjusts the collection grid column layout for tablet devices.
    Number of columns on mobile: Defines the number of columns displayed on mobile devices for responsive layouts.
  • Quick View
    Show quick view: Enables a collection quick view popup displaying the collection image and a selection of products from that collection.
    Popup position: Controls where the quick view popup appears. Available options include Left, Center, and Right.
    Pop-up width: Defines the width size of the quick view popup.

Using balanced grid layouts, consistent collection imagery, and responsive column settings can help improve collection navigation and create a more user-friendly shopping experience. Enabling quick view functionality can also help customers explore collections faster without leaving the current page.
