Faqs

The FAQs section allows merchants to display frequently asked questions in an organized accordion layout, helping customers quickly find answers to common questions about products, orders, shipping, returns, or store policies.

This section supports flexible FAQ items using individual section blocks and includes responsive layout options for combining FAQ content with an accompanying image.

Settings

  • Image: Uploads the representative image displayed alongside the FAQ content.
  • Image ratio: Controls the aspect ratio used for the section image.
  • Preload image: Enables image preloading to improve loading performance and visual stability.
  • Image placement: Controls the position of the image relative to the FAQ content. Available options include Image first and Image second.
  • Enable sticky content on desktop: Keeps the FAQ content area sticky while scrolling on desktop devices.
  • Allows only one open at a time: Restricts the accordion so only one FAQ item can remain expanded at the same time.

Block: Item

Each FAQ entry displayed inside the section is created using a FAQ Item block.

  • Heading: Defines the question or FAQ title displayed inside the accordion.
  • Content: Adds the answer or descriptive content displayed when the accordion item is expanded.
  • Active: Keeps the FAQ item expanded by default when the page loads.

Using clear questions, concise answers, and properly organized FAQ groups can help improve customer experience while reducing confusion and support requests across the storefront.
